The 1940 Indian Chief Motorcycle & Mary K

MY story began when I was five years old. My uncle and I, who is only four years older, while playing in the garage found my grandmother’s old motorbike and decided to go for a ride on it. This was the first time I had sat on a motorbike. Three years later I got my first motorbike as a birthday present. I later obtained my license and never stopped riding.

Seven years ago I got into modelling and loved it.

I came across this opportunity through Kats Eyes Promotions to do a photo shoot with Tower Photographics for Ozbike Magazine. The perfect opportunity to join two of my great loves together — modelling and motorbikes! It was a great experience to work with such an amazing photographer.

The now completely restored 1940 California Highway Patrol Indian Chief was purchased from Hollister in California and shipped to Australia in 2011. It was essentially an incomplete basket case which had been sitting idle since the early 1980’s. Check out the complete feature at California Highway Patrol Indian Chief.
