  • Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-Twin engine with precision oil/air cooling is new pinnacle of torque and displacement in a factory-installed, regular-production Harley-Davidson powertrain for instant bragging rights on the street.
  • High-performance camshaft is matched to displacement and air flow intended to maximise performance.
  • High-performance, tuned Heavy Breather intake with forward-facing exposed filter element flows more air into the engine to help produce exciting mid-range torque, and gives the motorcycle added hot rod presence.
  • New standard cruise control.

New style features include:

  • New handlebar riser and polished stainless-steel handlebar is 0.75-inch (19 mm) taller than the previous model for improved rider reach to controls.

  • New 26-spoke cast-aluminium wheels are finished in gloss black with machined detail; 21-inch front/18-inch rear diameter.
  • The Harley-Davidson Softail chassis has been optimised to reduce weight without sacrificing stiffness while maintaining the classic look of a hardtail with a thoroughly modern ride.

Speaking about the launch, Nigel Keough, Managing Director of Harley-Davidson ANZ, said: “2023 marks an exciting year of unforgettable milestones for Harley-Davidson, and the 10th year of production for the iconic Breakout is no exception.
