From the humble beginnings of two mates with different backgrounds and numerous trades behind them working for the big guy, it was decided that they could do better and created a shop that innovates, creates and builds some very wicked machines! With a toolbox between them the journey began…

Word of mouth travelled fast and Big Boar V-Twin grew very rapidly, moving to a larger workshop and establishing new contacts in the industry. Learning to run a business and managing new mechanics and new apprentices was a very sharp learning curve! 

Giving back to the community, sponsoring social rides and functions, supporting other small businesses and making every customer feel right at home when they bring their pride and joy in the door is what Big Boar is passionate about.

Since its construction the Dyno Tuning facility is getting great feedback. As expected, better power, performance, response and fuel economy are all advantages of a tune carried out by professional, qualified, experienced operators. Sponsored Dyno Day Shootouts have been gaining in popularity with food, drinks and a great atmosphere for the kids, not to mention the all-important bragging rights if you are a winner! Having arguably the best Dyno technicians in the region, Big Boar customise each tune to suit the individual’s needs and take into consideration all factors including climatic conditions. There is soooo much more to it than just downloading a standard map!

With stock increasing weekly, spare parts, custom logo shirts, t-shirts, knick-knacks, riding gear for your head and body, and the ability to access the international market, Big Boar is currently undergoing certification approvals for importing from the United States. This means even more to offer their customers in the future.
