It’s An Endless Harley-Davidson Build!

MY Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide has had extensive mods carried out over the years. What I think makes this a stand-out is the fact that it has covered nearly 90,000 km pretty much in this condition. It has been to Melbourne, Sydney, Darwin, and countless places in-between. It just goes to show that you can have a shiny bike and still put in the miles!

The motor is somewhere between 95 & 100 cube, 42 mm Mikuni flat-slide carby, performance cams/ignition, heads totally radical. All built by Hoody and the most reliable/toughest donk I’ve ever had in a Harley.

The front and rear wheels are Thunderstar Harley-Davidson, as are the floating brake rotors. The handlebars Carlini. The front-end has been extended two-inch-over stock; includes Progressive Suspension and is fully chromed. The rear end also features Progressive Suspension.

The paintwork is a full custom by Knackers featuring blue true flames incorporating 24 K gold lettering and feature pin-striping.

The headlight is Arlen Ness billet bullet; the rear tailight Zodiac LED.

I am almost finished the exhaust mods. I am extending the pipes and including an up-turn/drag-car style and incorporating flapper/rain caps on the ends; as well as the option of interchangeable end tips.

Mate, the more I look, the more I see—it’s endless!
