Sheree Wheatley Harley-Davidson Rider

“…I did a two-day course which I felt was pretty easy; even did better than some of the guys at doing figure eights…”

IT ALL STARTED when I was a little girl about seven-years-old, and being one of four girls, my dad was really happy to have a tom boy! I had a thing about motorbikes, and when I was nine, my dad bought me my first bike for Christmas, a little Honda 90. When I turned eleven, I got a Yamaha YZ80K.

After I became a grown lady, I was going on the back of bikes with clubs and boyfriends, going to all sorts of places, but felt very bored, thinking I can do this myself. So last year I did a two-day course which I felt was pretty easy; even did better than some of the guys at doing figure eights and speeding up and coming to a fast stop and all kinds of tests.

After 12 months of riding I purchased my favourite bike — a Harley-Davidson Wide Glide.
