Extraordinary Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Trike Trip

I’VE just been ridden my 2020 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Trike from Adelaide to Townsville to take a deceased mate’s medals up to their new home in the 3^rd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment. I went via the East Coast of Australia stopping at numerous RSL’s (Ararat, Melbourne, Wodonga, Canberra, Sydney, Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Hervey Bay, Emu Park, Mackay, Townsville) so his old service mates could get photos taken with his medals and the trike.

Twelve days ride to get there, six days in Townsville, five days ride back to Adelaide. 9000 km round trip. The Trike didn’t miss a beat.

The Freewheeler Trike was painted by Troy Craddock, Nightmare Designs, Adelaide.
