Beyond Vision S&S 113 Chopper

Musa wanted a chopper to promote his business, Beyond Vision Enterprises, and he enlisted South Coast Custom to built it.

MUSA bought the frame for his chopper project from Ultima Choppers and then took it to South Coast Harley in Caringbah to assemble. There’s a lot of work and parts that go to making a flash custom bike and the guys at South Coast had a major project on their hands. Making it a whole lot easier was the fact the bike wasn’t built to a budget.

Musa’s brief was that it had to flow from end to end, and he would visit South Coast at least once a week to make sure his vision was on track. The guys would make suggestions, Musa would take their advice on board, make a decision, and slowly but surely the project moved ahead.

Probably the only major problem was with the rear guard. Musa didn’t like the first attempt, saying it was sitting too low. The guys at South Coast made one that sat a little higher and Musa was happy once more.

The painting was done by North Caringbah Smash Repair who put a pearl through the black; the result is that in the sunlight you see different colours in the black, like a green or a red and sort of flick.

The seat was sent to a Cronulla upholster who embroidered Musa’s Beyond Vision Enterprises company logo into the suede cover which sets it off nicely.

South Coast had the Phantom exhaust powder-coated black because the whole bike was more or less black. It was starting to look sensational—one big black bike with chrome-plated Weld Recluse wheels.

The package also included a hydraulic clutch, a Mean Street inverted front-end, and Legend air ride shocks.

Musa also chose an S&S 113 motor and right-side-drive, six-speed gearbox. The guys at South Coast made sure the motor lined up properly without any off-set.

Musa is extremely happy with the finished product and is talking about building a few more of them; the same but in different colours.
