Top Fuel Harley-Davidson Panhead
THIS is my 103 Harley-Davidson Panhead. She started as a stock 1958 swingarm model, and over the last 35 years she has scattered more parts over the highway than I can count. Thus the engine uses nothing but the best; built like a ‘top fuel’ engine.
It has Delkron cases; STD, Hemi dual-plug heads; T&O flywheels; Carrillo rods; modified, Shovel, hookah, twisted chopper pipe. The Delkron cases have an extra 1/2 deck height so nothing fits her. The original, 1958, rebuilt transmission with the infamous ‘super nut’. It also has a Dyna Ignition; 1976 Super Glide forks with Wide Glide conversion; an early 1972 Jammer frame; GMA brakes; and a BDL primary belt. It now has an electric start after I hit a deer at 85 km/h on one my Shovels; and I’m 71 now.

Take care, Lee Conover
