Harley-Davidson Reaper Ready to Ride

I BOUGHT my 2011 Softail Standard at the beginning of 2017 with the intention of changing some minor things. I had a lowering kit installed and new front rim the first week of owning it. Then I changed to a set of western-style Burleigh bars and blacked-out the fork tubes.
Karupt Customz took care of the engine with a Stage 3 kit, bigger cams and Screamin’ Eagle tuner, along with a few other goodies to help achieve more power (you can never have too much) but keeping it as a daily ride.
Plans changed when I lost my licence for six months (riding with my skull helmet) not to mention destroying my gearbox after the selector spring broke and went through it. I decided while it was off the road to strip it down and get to work.
I had been in contact with Paul from Custom Digital with an idea of a reaper-themed bike. I was impressed with how we were both on the same page from the start. After many emails, text and phone calls back and forth, we finally had the design worked out. They started with the brilliant DNA paint which alone would’ve been great but the guys from Custom Digital took it to the next level with the reaper-themed graphics.
I decided on using Arlen Ness parts with the Deep Cut design suiting the best. I had my mate Josh take care of some other parts being blacked out, and painted the front and back rims with an awesome result.
With the tins back and no more I could do, it was back to Karupt Customz to finish the build. Finally, after a very long seven months, she was ready for the road.
My first bike was a 1992 Harley-Davidson Softail which I sold to move to Queensland and buy a house. I’ve been riding since a young boy on dirt bikes then road bikes from 16. Now, with the reaper-themed Harley-Davidson Softail, I am riding whenever possible. Love the open road…
