Gold Coast Hell Bound Steel Chopper
A very schmick-looking, black-on-orange chopper motorcycle
I FIRST SAW this chopper on the Gold Coast. I got talking to the owner and he was telling me the Hell Bound Steel Chopper is stock standard from the factory. Yes, these choppers sure have value for money!
The engine is the ever-reliable, polished, 117 cu S&S with the S&S Shorty carb. The exhaust at the moment is the original set-up the bike was complied with. The engine is hooked up to the polished, six-speed tranny via a three-inch, belt-drive primary.
The rear tyre is a massive 280 x 18 inches; the front a beefy 120 x 21 inches. The mag wheels really suit this style of bike as well. The front brake runs a four-piston Brembo caliper; the rear a two-piston Brembo setup.
It is very nicely finished off with a schmick-looking black-on-orange paint job.
